Apartment 1
This is a split level apartment of 80m². There are ten steps to the entrance from the courtyard, with a sitting room/dining area, kitchenette area, separate toilet, double bedroom with a double bed and a shower en suite. It can be used as a one bed room apartment. However, the second bedroom if required is below with its separate entrance from the courtyard. It consists of a large double bedroom with a bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet en suite. Heating with electric radiators. This apartment is suitable for a single person, a couple or a family with teenage children. The parents enjoy the privacy and the teenagers enjoy the independence of their own room.
Apartment 2
This is a large apartment 90m² with a sitting room/dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a separate entrance from the parking area of the garden, into a little terrace and down three steps. One bedroom is a double and has a double bed and a bathroom with a bath, basin and toilet en suite. The second bedroom is a double with twin beds, bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet en suite. The apartment leads directly into the courtyard where one can bar-b-que and dine. The courtyard is shared by the other apartments and the owner of the house. There is an open chimney and the apartment is heated with electric radiators. This apartment is suitable for all types of family, grandparents and young families with babies.
Apartment 3
This is on the first floor leading to it are 10 steps from the parking area of the garden. It is 90m² and consists of a large sitting room/dining area, a separate kitchen, bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. There are two bedrooms both with twin beds but usually the main bedroom can be made up as a double. There is a woodburning stove in the sitting room. Heating is with electric radiators. There is a little terrace which is shared with apartment 2.
Bed & Breakfast
These rooms are situated in the main house. Each room has its own bathroom with either a shower or a bath.
